This is a Disney officially licensed costume and comes with everything you need to become the great ruler of the sea. The full-featured vinyl mask has disturbing green and yellow shading and barnacles that give it an authentic look and feel. The pirate hat is also made of vinyl and has comfort features that make it suitable for all-night wear. The jacket is made of black polyester and has a ragged and worn look.
